Radon Gas is a radioactive gas that occurs naturally in many parts of the UK and can become concentrated in houses and non domestic buildings, this can cause an increase in risk of lung cancer. Many years of practical experience in solving Radon problems on a variety of different buildings combined with approval by the Radon Council gives us the expertise to offer the following services:

Short term indicative testing (4 -10 days duration) to assess radon levels and risk to occupants with provision of ‘plain english’ explanation as to what the test result means, ideal for pre-sale/ purchase building testing.

Longer term testing (3 - 6 months) to establish general occupational radon levels in line with HPA guidelines and standards again in ‘plain english’.

Design and provision of Radon screening and testing plans for owners of single or multiple buildings.

Advice on methods of radon reduction most likely to work and how to implement measures in the most economical and incremental manner.
