We offer full production of project health and safety files and operating and maintenance manuals ready for practical completion. This includes liaison with any contributing parties such as subcontractors, designers and project stakeholders.

The process is started at least 8 weeks prior to the files being submitted, all contributors are contacted in writing on several occasions and are prompted with guidance to ensure they provide the necessary information by the CDM Coordinator’s due date.

The Manuals are produced in a format to suit the requirements of the CDM coordinator in both hard copy and electronic form with virtually any file structure or preference accommodated as required.
