We are Level 4 BRE Accredited Energy assessors and can issue EPC’s for all new and existing Non Domestic buildings using SBEM calculation software
Construction Safety Trained so derelict or ‘in construction’ buildings are not a problem.
Single point contact with the Energy Assessor and key pick up and return for unoccupied buildings are other benefits we offer.
SBEM Compliance Checking
We are a BRE registered ‘Competent Operator’ for production of Part L compliance checks using SBEM compliance checking software.
If your design doesn’t pass Part L we’ll advise you on the most cost effective solutions to ensure it does.
SBEM Retro energy assessment
Using SBEM modeling for existing buildings, we provide practical advice on how cost effective energy saving improvements can be made with realistic payback periods.
